Recycling Process
1. Pre-shredding: shredding and crushing the batteries to break them down into smaller pieces, exposing the materials inside.
2. Magnetic Separation: This is particularly useful for separating metals such as iron, which can be extracted using a magnet.
3. Crushing and grinding: This process helps to liberate the metals from the non-metallic components.
4. Air Separation: through an air separator machine, which uses air currents to separate the metals from the non-metallic components. The metals are collected in one stream, while the non-metallic components are collected in another.
