3. The flue gas produced after combustion in the furnace goes through desulfurization and purification tower to remove soot and hydrogen sulfide, which finally meets environmental standards and can be discharged safely.
Feeding Materials
Check the size of materials. If the size of materials don’t meet the requirement of feeding, use waste tyre shredder or other equipment to process materials. Then transport waste materials into reactor by screw feeder.
Continuous Pyrolysis
Burners and recovered gas lance heating energy provide the heat required for the main furnace. When the temperature rises slowly, a series of products start to be produced, such as combustible gas, pyrolysis oil, carbon black and so on.
Combustible Gas Recovery
The high temperature pyrolysis oil is cooled by the condenser. Then the heavy oil gas fells into oil tank. The non-liquefied combustible gas can be used as the heating fuel of the air spray gun after being removed impurities by the water seal. It also can be collected respectively.
De-dusting System
The high-temperature flue gas enters the condenser under the action of induced draft fans. After cooling down, the flue gas enters the spray tower. The spray tower removes some harmful substances. The discharged exhaust gas meet EU emission standards.
Water-cooling Discharging
Substances such as high temperature carbon black are transported from the main furnace. After the water-cooled slag removal system, the temperature drops to about 30 degrees Celsius. This set of equipment can realize high temperature discharge without cooling time.
