Raw Materials

Pyrolysis oil • Pyrolysis oil can be sold to industries directly.
• Non-standard pyrolysis oil is reprocessed into high-quality oil by waste oil distillation machine.
• Oil can be used as fuel for iron factory, power plant, cement factory, ceramic factory, restaurant, etc.
Carbon black • Carbon black can be sold directly.
• It can be reprocessed into high-quality carbon by the carbon black processing plant.
• It is used to make carbon brick by briquetting equipment.
Steel wire • Steel wire can be sold directly.
Combustible gas • It can be used as fuel heating the reactor.

Working Process
1. The oil sludge is loaded into the pyrolysis reactor of continuous pyrolysis machine. After heating the reactor, the oil sludge will be vaporized into oil gas.
2. The oil gas will goes through condensation system, and the liquefiable part is condensed into fuel oil, the non-liquefiable part is sent to the furnace to heat the pyrolysis reactor, which saves fuel resources and does not pollute the environment.

3. The flue gas produced after combustion in the furnace goes through desulfurization and purification tower to remove soot and hydrogen sulfide, which finally meets environmental standards and can be discharged safely.

Feeding Materials
Check the size of materials. If the size of materials don’t meet the requirement of feeding, use waste tyre shredder or other equipment to process materials. Then transport waste materials into reactor by screw feeder.
Continuous Pyrolysis
Burners and recovered gas lance heating energy provide the heat required for the main furnace. When the temperature rises slowly, a series of products start to be produced, such as combustible gas, pyrolysis oil, carbon black and so on.
Combustible Gas Recovery
The high temperature pyrolysis oil is cooled by the condenser. Then the heavy oil gas fells into oil tank. The non-liquefied combustible gas can be used as the heating fuel of the air spray gun after being removed impurities by the water seal. It also can be collected respectively.

De-dusting System
The high-temperature flue gas enters the condenser under the action of induced draft fans. After cooling down, the flue gas enters the spray tower. The spray tower removes some harmful substances. The discharged exhaust gas meet EU emission standards.
Water-cooling Discharging
Substances such as high temperature carbon black are transported from the main furnace. After the water-cooled slag removal system, the temperature drops to about 30 degrees Celsius. This set of equipment can realize high temperature discharge without cooling time.

Continuous Feeding System
The materials are continuously transported to the pyrolysis furnace isolated from oxygen by the screw conveyor. This device has the following advantages. It has a high degree of automation and real-time monitoring design to help to reduce labor. More importantly, the device is equipped with a gram-level precision electronic weighing system. The amount of feed can be precisely controlled by workers.

Temperature Control Technology
This continuous type is equipped with a high-temperature resistant induced draft fan. It is made of stainless steel. This device can evenly mix two kinds of hot air in a certain proportion. They are exhaust gas in the furnace and the hot air provided by the burner. The mixed gas is used to heat the reactor. Because of the precise air volume ratio, this device helps to achieve precise temperature control in the reactor.

Condenser with Self-cleaning Tech
This pyrolysis system adopts a three-stage condensation structure. The primary condenser removes heavy impurities from high-temperature oil gas. The secondary and tertiary condensers improve the oil gas recovery rate and collect different quality of pyrolysis oil in stages. Also, this condenser uses a self-cleaning system. It uses the oil pump to circulate the hot oil in the oil tank to flush the pipes in the condenser.

Ammonia Protection System
In the feeding system, the air in the sealed silo is replaced by ammonia with a purity of more than 95%. This design effectively prevents excessive air or oxygen entering the continuous feed and the reactor. Low Continuous Discharging
In order to ensure the safety of workers and save pyrolysis time, the discharge system is equipped with automatic water cooling dischargers. The spiral water cooling system reduces the temperature of the carbon black to below 30 degrees. In addition, the screw seal discharger can prevent air from entering the flue. The whole discharging process is safe.
