The fully automatic pv panel frame removal machine uses the hydraulic disassembly principle to efficiently and safely remove the aluminum frame of the photovoltaic panel for recycling. It can be used for photovoltaic panels of different sizes and models.
The Frame Removal Machine uses a conveying, positioning, and clamping system to securely hold the solar panel in place. A hydraulic or mechanical frame removal mechanism then separates the aluminum alloy frame from the panel. The removed aluminum frames are collected automatically, while the frameless panels are transferred to the next processing stage, such as crushing, material separation, or silver recovery, enabling efficient and safe pre-treatment.
