Job Description:
Reporting into the General Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for the management, training, development, performance, retention, and engagement of employees. Leading the department in the achievement of operational objectives pertaining to sales, performance, production efficiency, cost, customer service, and workplace safety.
What you're responsible for:
Developing new sources of channels of scrap e-waste with a focus on industrial based accounts.
Developing the growth of business activities and profit with assigned accounts.
Directing and coordinating all sales activities within the assigned region.
Tracking and analyzing all sales based KPI's.
Overseeing and managing the activities and actions of the commercial buying team.
Coaching, counseling, and developing employees.
Ensuring a knowledge of materials and sources of supplies to ensure deals are negotiated with appropriate quality, delivery, and quantity requirements.
Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders for planning, payment, and shipment terms.
Qualifications
5 years of experience preferred.
College degree in related field.
Strong written and oral communication.
Ability to speak Spanish would be considered an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
