Our factory received an overseas customer interested in our Copper Wire Granulator. The customer visited our facility to learn more about the machine's working principles, processing performance and manufacturing quality, while exploring potential cooperation opportunities.

Before the visit, I kept in close contact with the customer through phone calls and WeChat, confirming the arrival time and making detailed arrangements for the factory reception.
On the visiting day, I arrived at the factory in advance to welcome the customer. After a friendly greeting, I accompanied them to the conference room for a business meeting. During the discussion, I carefully learned about the customer's recycling business, the types of waste cables they intended to process and their expectations regarding processing capacity and copper recovery.

To give the customer an overall impression of our company, we first played our official corporate promotional video. After that, we introduced our Copper Wire Granulator in detail, focusing on its processing technology, equipment configuration and separation performance.

I explained the complete working process, including cable crushing, grinding, screening and air separation. The customer was particularly interested in how the machine separates copper granules from plastic particles and how different cable types affect processing results. We also discussed processing capacity, copper purity, operating requirements, maintenance and the availability of spare parts.
After the meeting, I took the customer to our production workshop to inspect the Copper Wire Granulator on site. Through the physical display of the equipment, the customer gained a clearer understanding of its structural design, manufacturing details and overall assembly quality. We also introduced the functions of the main components and explained how the equipment works together to achieve effective copper and plastic separation.

During the factory tour, the customer actively asked questions about machine operation, production efficiency and long-term maintenance. I provided detailed answers and practical suggestions based on their intended application. The customer expressed satisfaction with our professional reception, equipment manufacturing quality and production capabilities.

After completing the workshop inspection and technical communication, both sides reached a preliminary consensus on potential cooperation. The customer stated that they would further confirm their raw material types and processing capacity requirements before sending us the detailed project information.
