TM-1400 cable recycling line is widely used in recycling scrap copper wire to separated copper and plastic, with dry physical crushing method generates no pollution. 1. The main body of TM-1400 still is TM-1400 wire granulator.
2. TM-1400 copper cable granulator is equipped with a pre-shredder for higher efficiency.
3. Air separator system is necessary to accomplish the first separation process.
4. The conveyor belts will transport waste cables to air separator bed automatically.
5. TM-1400 cable granulator machine is also equipped with 4 vibrating tables to finish secondary separation to get purer copper granules.
6. Configured with magnetic separator, even if there are some iron in the raw material, you can still get pure copper.
7. If you pursue a very high recycling rate or you have very thin wires(Especially the diameter of copper wire is less than 1mm), I professionally recommend you purchase our TM-1600, it will be the most suitable for you.
Recyling Process
1. Feed the waste copper wire into twin-shaft shredder, then it will be pre-crushed into small pieces of 3~25cm.
2. The processed waste cable will be conveyed to the main crusher, then the waste cables will be processed into 3~8mm mixture of copper-plastic particles by main crusher.
3. Mixture of copper-plastic particles will be processed by the air separator for the first separation and you will get copper granules and plastic granules.
4. The copper particles and plastic particles will be sent to the small vibrating table for secondary separation respectively.
5. Two small vibrating table will separate the copper granules and plastic granules again by vibrating. Meanwhile, the magnetic will remove the iron from the copper. Then you will get pure copper in a short time.
