Our factory welcomed an overseas customer who came to inspect our PCB Crushing and Separation Line and discuss potential business cooperation. To ensure a smooth visit, I maintained regular communication with the customer before their arrival, confirming the visiting time and preparing the necessary reception arrangements in advance.

On the day of the visit, I arrived at the factory early and waited for the customer. After welcoming them, I escorted them to our conference room for an initial meeting. During the conversation, I learned more about their recycling business, the types of waste circuit boards they planned to process and their expected production capacity.
To help the customer understand our company background and manufacturing strength, we first presented our official corporate promotional video. We then moved on to a detailed discussion about the PCB Crushing and Separation Line, focusing on the customer's main concerns regarding processing technology, equipment performance and material recovery.

I introduced the complete processing procedure, including crushing, grinding, screening and separation. Particular attention was given to how the system separates metal-rich materials from non-metallic materials such as resin and fiberglass. We also discussed copper recovery, processing capacity, separation results, dust collection and the maintenance requirements of the equipment.

During the discussion, the customer raised several questions about equipment configuration, operating stability, production efficiency and the quality of recovered materials. I provided detailed explanations and corresponding technical suggestions based on their specific requirements.
After the conference meeting, I guided the customer through our production workshop to inspect the PCB recycling equipment. By observing the actual machines and their structural details, the customer gained a better understanding of the manufacturing process, equipment assembly and production quality control. The workshop tour also helped demonstrate our ability to provide complete recycling solutions according to different project requirements.

The customer showed considerable interest in our PCB Crushing and Separation Line and spoke positively about our professional explanations, production facilities and equipment quality.

At the end of the visit, both sides reached a preliminary consensus regarding future cooperation. The customer planned to provide more information about their raw materials and project expectations so that we could prepare a more suitable equipment configuration.
