A customer from Kenya visited Sure Origin Group for a factory tour and an in-depth inspection of our PCB Crushing and Recycling Production Line. The visit focused on understanding the recycling process, equipment performance, material separation, and overall production capabilities.

During the visit, our team introduced the complete PCB recycling process, including crushing, grinding, screening, magnetic separation, and electrostatic separation. The customer also toured the production workshop to learn more about the equipment structure, manufacturing quality, and operating procedures.
The production line uses multiple processing stages to crush waste circuit boards and separate valuable materials. Through a combination of mechanical crushing and physical separation, it can recover copper, resin powder, and other material fractions.

The system combines magnetic and electrostatic separation technologies to improve material sorting efficiency and support the recovery of valuable metals from waste PCBs.

During the technical discussion, our team explained different equipment configurations according to raw material conditions, processing capacity, and output requirements. The customer also learned about equipment maintenance, power consumption, and after-sales support.
