A customer from Japan visited Sure Origin Group for a factory tour and an in-depth inspection of our Solar PV Panel Recycling Machine. The customer provides industrial and renewable energy-related services and was looking for suitable equipment to improve the processing and recycling of retired photovoltaic panels.

During the visit, our team introduced the solar panel recycling process and explained the functions of different equipment, including frame removal, panel dismantling, crushing, separation, and material collection. The customer also visited the production workshop to learn about equipment structures, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
The discussion focused on processing capacity, compatible panel types, material recovery, energy consumption, and equipment maintenance. Our technical team explained how different configurations can be selected according to panel structures and processing requirements.

The Solar PV Panel Recycling Machine is designed to help separate valuable materials from retired photovoltaic panels, including glass, aluminum, copper, and silicon-containing materials. With suitable processing and separation technologies, these recovered materials can be collected for further treatment and resource utilization.
