After testing, the customer placed an order for two sets of blades and a sharpening machine as spare parts for better use overseas. Because the machine was readily available, we promised to ship within 7 days, ensuring the customer could use the machine as soon as possible and avoid long waiting times. The customer was very satisfied with the entire process and expressed his approval.
