Jiangxi copper wire recycling machine customers

Today, a customer from Jiangxi Province visited our factory to inspect our copper wire recycling machine. He drove all the way from Jiangxi to Zhengzhou, bringing his own copper wire to test the machine. We arranged for him to test our Model 400 copper wire recycling machine. Due to the long distance, the journey to Zhengzhou took two days, including a one-night stop in Hubei Province. He arrived at our factory around noon the next day, and we immediately connected the machine to the power supply for testing.
First, we examined the customer's scrap copper wire. It all met the requirements for our copper wire recycling machine. Our machine can shred copper wire up to 35mm in diameter; wires larger than this require a double-shaft shredder. The copper wire the customer brought was miscellaneous household wire, including network cables, headphone wires, square wires, and scrapped car wires, all of which could be fed into the copper wire granulator for shredding. Our workers fed a 15kg bag of scrap electrical wire into the copper wire recycling machine. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, and the downstream airflow gravity separator began to output clean copper particles. This is the function and effect of the copper wire recycling machine.
Our copper wire recycling machine can achieve a recovery rate of over 98%. If used with a high-voltage electrostatic separator or a water separator, the separation rate can be increased to 99.9%, which is the purest result. Without a high-voltage electrostatic separator, the plastic from the airflow gravity separator may contain about 2% copper. For 1 ton of wire raw material, this means 20kg of copper will be lost, which is a significant amount. Therefore, if you want to conserve copper and avoid losses, we recommend that customers install a high-voltage electrostatic separator to maximize efficiency.
The entire process took less than an hour, and all the wires brought by the customer were tested. The customer was very satisfied with the results, praising the high efficiency, ease of operation, and simple, high-efficiency design. The customer took all his raw materials with him because he needed to go back and calculate the profit-to-output ratio before deciding whether to proceed with the business.
