Recently, a client from Australia (Mr. H) planned to visit our factory to inspect our equipment—specifically, the copper wire granulator. As Mr. H had a busy schedule, he entrusted his brother (Mr. N) to conduct the visit on his behalf. Mr. H works in the metal recycling industry in Australia and contacted us because he needed equipment to recover copper from scrap wires.
Upon arrival at the factory, we first invited Mr. N to the conference room. After exchanging business cards and confirming his relationship with Mr. H, we gave him a brief overview of the copper wire granulator's basic working principles. During this session, Mr. N inquired about the lifespan and cost of wear parts (such as the blades) and raised several other relevant questions. After addressing his queries one by one, we took him to the production workshop for a machine demonstration.
In the workshop, we used a low-capacity model to demonstrate the scrap wire processing procedure, giving him a firsthand look at the equipment's performance. During the demonstration, Mr. N asked about the price of this smaller unit, noting that it might also be suitable for his business in Japan. We also showed him some semi-finished units currently under assembly. Afterward, we returned to the conference room to present photos and videos of our past projects. Mr. N was very satisfied; he stated that he would discuss the matter with Mr. H upon his return and have Mr. H contact us again, while also expressing his hope that we could offer the best possible pricing and product quality. After the visit concluded, and given that Mr. N had to fly to another city the following day, we drove him directly back to his hotel, thereby bringing the visit to an end.
