Recently, Sure Origin Group welcomed a client from Mexico to our factory for an on-site visit and discussion about scrap wire and cable recycling. The client showed strong interest in our Copper Wire Granulator and wanted to gain a better understanding of the equipment's actual operation and material separation process.

The client has been engaged in the recycling industry in Mexico for several years and is currently looking for a more efficient solution for processing scrap electrical wires and cables. With increasing amounts of waste cables generated from industrial production, construction projects, and electrical equipment replacement, efficient recovery of copper and plastic materials has become an increasingly important part of the client's recycling business.
Before visiting our factory, the client had already learned about Sure Origin Group's Copper Wire Granulator through previous communication. However, seeing the equipment in person was an important part of the client's project planning. During the visit, the client carefully inspected the overall structure of the production line and discussed the processing workflow with our technical team.

The Copper Wire Granulator is designed to process various types of scrap wires and cables. Through crushing, granulation, air separation, and other separation processes, copper and plastic materials can be effectively separated for further recycling and utilization.

During the factory visit, our engineers introduced the main components of the production line and explained the working process in detail. The client also discussed several practical topics with our team, including material types, expected processing capacity, equipment layout, and separation requirements.
The Mexican client showed particular interest in the automated operation and material separation capabilities of the equipment. After inspecting the equipment and communicating with our engineers, the client gained a clearer understanding of how the Copper Wire Granulator could be applied to their local recycling operation.

Face-to-face communication and on-site equipment inspections are important steps in developing recycling projects. By visiting the factory and seeing the equipment directly, clients can better understand the processing workflow and discuss their specific requirements with our technical team.
