Recently, Sure Origin Group welcomed a customer from Chile to our factory for a technical visit focused on our solar panel recycling plant.

The customer is involved in renewable energy recycling and waste management. As more photovoltaic (PV) panels in Chile are approaching the end of their service life, the company is preparing to invest in a recycling facility to recover valuable materials from discarded solar panels. Before selecting an equipment supplier, the customer visited our factory to learn more about the recycling process and evaluate the performance of our production line.
During the visit, our engineers introduced the complete recycling solution for solar panels, including frame removal, crushing, material separation, and the recovery of glass, aluminum, silicon, and metal materials. Different processing methods for single-glass and double-glass panels were also discussed, along with equipment configurations suitable for different production capacities.

To provide a better understanding of the production line, we arranged a live equipment demonstration. The customer observed the operation of the equipment, examined the recovered materials, and discussed the recovery efficiency with our technical team. They were particularly interested in the stability of the production line and the quality of the final recovered materials.
The customer then toured our manufacturing workshop, where they inspected the fabrication process, machine assembly, electrical control systems, and quality inspection procedures. Our engineers explained how each machine is tested before shipment to ensure stable performance after installation.

After the factory tour, both sides held a technical meeting to discuss the customer's project in more detail. The discussion covered raw material conditions, expected production capacity, factory layout, power requirements, installation schedule, and future maintenance. Based on the customer's plans, our engineering team recommended a suitable production line and answered questions regarding operation and long-term equipment performance.

The customer shared that this project is part of the company's long-term business development plan. After returning to Chile, they will review the technical proposal with their management team and continue evaluating the investment. They also expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to visit the factory and communicate directly with our engineers.
