A few days ago, two professional clients from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) visited the factory of Sure Origin Group to investigate our professional PCB recycling equipment. The clients are engaged in electronic waste recycling and resource regeneration in the UAE, and possess a large number of waste printed circuit board (PCB) resources accumulated from local electronic dismantling and recycling industries. To realize efficient resource regeneration and improve economic benefits, they are committed to finding high-precision PCB recycling equipment to extract valuable metallic copper and surface tin solder from waste circuit boards.
Waste PCB recycling has always been a high-value e-waste recycling project, but it puts forward strict requirements on equipment precision and technological maturity due to the complex internal structure of circuit boards and diverse attached metals. After investigating many domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers, the UAE clients were deeply attracted by Sure Origin Group’s professional technical accumulation and rich project experience in the field of e-waste recycling, so they traveled to China for on-site inspection and technical docking.
During the on-site visit, our technical team gave the clients a comprehensive and detailed introduction to the working principle, technological process, equipment advantages and application scenarios of our PCB recycling production line. Our PCB recycling equipment is a mature and industrialized production line, which adopts multi-stage crushing, precise screening and specific gravity separation technology. It can effectively separate and extract metallic copper, tin solder and other precious metals from waste circuit boards, with high metal recovery rate and pure finished product quality. It is worth noting that the two visiting clients are professional project executives rather than enterprise bosses. According to the communication plan, the client team will come to China for further in-depth investigation and project negotiation for about two more times to finally confirm the long-term cooperation plan.
