Today, our factory hosted a client from China.
We had maintained close contact with the client via mobile communication prior to the visit and made thorough preparations at the facility. We personally welcomed the client at the factory entrance upon their arrival to ensure a warm reception.
After the initial meeting, we first gained a detailed understanding of the client's specific requirements. We then focused on showcasing the target PCB (Printed Circuit Board) dismantling equipment, providing a comprehensive demonstration and explanation. The client’s materials were unique; rather than processing standard PCBs, they needed to dismantle and sort solder from transformers and electronic components of various sizes. We addressed all questions regarding their specific application scenario and reached a clear consensus. The client plans to send material samples to our factory for testing upon their return, and we will provide a customized technical solution based on the actual test results.
During the visit, the client also inquired about our copper wire recycling equipment. As they operate in the recycling industry with a stable supply of materials—generating waste copper wire during other processing stages (even though it is not their core business)—they were interested in this equipment as well. We will continue to follow up to confirm their potential needs.
In addition to the aforementioned equipment, we gave the client a tour of the PCB crushing and grinding production line and introduced the prototype equipment available on-site. Subsequently, the client learned about our lithium battery and solar panel recycling projects, showing keen interest in the lithium battery processing equipment. Since the lithium battery production line is located at a different facility and it was nearing lunchtime, we took a short break in the conference room to examine material samples and engage in in-depth technical discussions.
At 1:00 PM, our technical team accompanied the client to the other facility to inspect the lithium battery processing equipment in person. As the client’s primary goal for this visit was to gain a preliminary understanding, we provided an overview of the equipment and production line layout, along with a basic explanation.

The visit was efficient and productive, laying a solid foundation for subsequent sample testing, solution design, and further business cooperation. After completing all necessary inquiries, we reached an agreement: the client will send samples for testing, and we will maintain contact until the results are available, at which point we will discuss specific solutions.
