Recently, Sure Origin Group had the pleasure of welcoming a professional customer team from Malaysia to our factory for an on-site inspection and technical exchange on aluminum-plastic separation solutions.

The customer has been engaged in handling aluminum-plastic composite materials for some time and is now planning to upgrade their existing processing method. Their main concern was how to achieve higher aluminum purity while maintaining stable operation and reasonable energy consumption. After several rounds of detailed online discussions, they decided to visit our facility in person to evaluate the equipment and process more directly.
Upon arrival, our team first introduced the overall workflow of the aluminum-plastic separation line, covering crushing, grinding, airflow sorting, and high-voltage electrostatic separation. We explained each step in a practical way, focusing on how different materials are processed and how the system ensures effective separation between aluminum and plastic.

During the factory tour, the customer paid close attention to the grinding section and the electrostatic separator. Our engineers shared working principles, key parameters, and some real project experiences, which helped the customer better understand how to control output quality in actual production.
To provide a more direct reference, we arranged an on-site test using the customer’s own raw materials. The entire process—from feeding to final output—was demonstrated in real time. After processing, the aluminum and plastic were clearly separated, with clean output and minimal loss. The customer carefully checked the final materials and expressed satisfaction with the separation result, especially the aluminum purity and consistency.

In addition, both sides had in-depth discussions regarding plant layout, equipment configuration, and future capacity expansion. Based on the customer’s current situation and long-term plan, our technical team provided practical suggestions to help optimize space utilization and improve overall efficiency. We also shared our experience in handling similar materials from different markets, which gave the customer more confidence in adapting the solution to their local conditions.
Throughout the visit, the customer showed strong interest in the stability of the equipment and the clarity of the process design. Compared with some other solutions they had seen before, they found our system more straightforward, easier to operate, and better suited for continuous production.

This visit not only allowed the customer to better understand our equipment, but also strengthened mutual trust between both sides.
