Today, a domestic customer visited our factory to inspect our lithium battery equipment. This customer has obtained licenses in two different cities in China and came to see the equipment and finalize the supplier for the environmental permit procedures. We arranged to meet at the factory this morning, and then I began showing the customer the equipment.
Because the customer is very knowledgeable about the machines, we didn't need much explanation from the salesperson. I asked the customer what questions they had, and they were very direct, telling me that their main purpose was to see the processing technology and environmental protection system of the lithium battery furnace. They weren't interested in the crushing and grinding line because they had looked at many other suppliers, and their machines were all similar with little difference. They mainly wanted to understand the furnace. I explained our sample machine to the customer. After communicating with the customer, I learned that they wanted a high-temperature furnace to carbonize the plastic separator in the battery to ensure the purity of the final lithium battery powder. They also had very high requirements for the furnace temperature. Therefore, we designed a special solution for the customer, enabling the furnace to reach a maximum temperature of 900 degrees Celsius, and replacing all the furnace materials with high-temperature resistant stainless steel. Furthermore, we upgraded the bottom furnace chamber to include a flashback system, which recovers and reuses the energy from combustion, significantly reducing energy consumption.
In addition to the furnace, we also upgraded the environmental protection system. Normally, our furnaces are equipped with a catalytic combustion RCO system; now, we've replaced it with a more advanced RTO environmental protection device. This ensures that the customer's entire system is unaffected by smoke and dust, allowing for normal air emissions. Of course, this upgrade will increase the cost, but the customer fully accepts this.

After a thorough understanding of the factory, we quickly finalized the plan with the customer.We are currently in further negotiations.
