Recently, two clients from Belgium visited the Sure Origin Group factory for an in-depth on-site inspection and technical exchange regarding their 500kg/h lithium-ion battery recycling equipment. The visit aimed to further understand the actual operation of the equipment, the factory's production capacity, and the feasibility of future cooperation.
During the visit, the clients first gained a comprehensive understanding of Sure Origin Group's factory environment, production management, and equipment manufacturing capabilities. Through a tour of the production workshop, the clients were impressed by our processing technology, assembly procedures, and quality management system, expressing their recognition of the factory's overall strength.
Subsequently, the clients focused on inspecting the 500kg/h lithium-ion battery recycling production line. The technical team, based on the clients' specific project needs, provided a detailed introduction to the equipment structure, processing flow, core configuration, and material handling effects, and engaged in in-depth discussions on key aspects such as lithium-ion battery crushing, sorting, and black powder recovery. Through on-site explanations and equipment demonstrations, the clients gained a more intuitive understanding of the equipment's stability, automation level, and overall processing solution.
Beyond the equipment itself, the client also paid particular attention to technical support during project implementation. Our technical team provided detailed explanations regarding equipment installation, commissioning, operation training, and after-sales service. The client expressed satisfaction with our professional and timely technical support, believing that comprehensive technical services would provide crucial support for the project's continued operation.
This visit gave the client a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Sure Origin Group's factory capabilities, 500kg/h lithium battery recycling equipment, and technical services. The client gave the visit a positive overall assessment and indicated that they would further discuss project plans and next steps for cooperation with their team upon returning home. We also look forward to building upon this exchange to further advance project cooperation and jointly explore long-term development opportunities in the lithium battery recycling field.
