When a customer from Turkey contacted Sure Origin, they were looking for a powerful machine capable of handling bulky and difficult-to-process materials.

After discussing the requirements with Sure Origin engineers, the customer was introduced to the Double Shaft Shredder.
Unlike many conventional size-reduction machines, a double-shaft configuration uses two rotating shafts equipped with cutting blades. The interaction between the two shafts allows the machine to grab, tear, and reduce large materials effectively.

The customer decided to conduct a material test before placing the final order.

Representative samples were sent to Sure Origin’s factory. After testing, the engineering team adjusted the blade configuration and operating parameters according to the characteristics of the materials.
