PCBs are usually composed of 30% metallic materials (copper) and 70% non-metallic materials (resin). As a kind of hazardous E-Waste, they contain organic matter, chemical residues and heavy metal elements, which can seriously damage the environment and human health if not recycled correctly.
This video shows our latest PCB recycling line(PCB E-Waste Recycling Plant, E-Waste Recycling Plant), which consists of two parts: PCB disassembly and motherboards shredding and sorting line. The dismantling machine can remove electronic components from the PCB. The motherboard separation line crushes the PCB in three stages and then separates copper and non-metals.
