Two Japanese Clients Visited Sure Origin Group Factory to Test PCB Recycling Machine

2026-06-19
Two Japanese clients came to our Sure Origin Group factory this week from Osaka. They have worked in electronic waste recycling trade for around eight years, and recently began collecting waste PCB circuit boards from local electronics factories and scrap stores.
In the past, they only sold whole unprocessed PCBs to downstream smelters, but the selling price was very low since copper, resin powder and precious metals were all mixed together. This time they planned to set up their own PCB recycling production line to separate pure copper powder and resin powder to gain higher profits. They had watched lots of PCB recycling machine videos online, but never seen the real equipment run on site. They brought 35 kilos of local waste PCB scraps for testing.

When arriving at the workshop, they first spread the PCB waste on the ground to show us their raw materials—old circuit boards, electronic trim scraps, with metal circuits tightly stuck to plastic resin plates. I took them straight to our standard PCB recycling machine unit, which works through shredding, fine grinding, and air gravity separation.

The two clients put materials into the feeder by themselves. One stood beside the grinding chamber to check running noise and working stability, while the other caught separated copper powder and resin powder on white paper to check purity. After 25 minutes of full test running, bright clean copper powder and pale resin powder came out separately, with nearly no mixing cross-contamination. Their main worry was tiny electronic component fragments mixing into finished copper products. I introduced our independent dust and waste debris removal system, which collects all light fine electronic residues separately. They fully understood and nodded in approval.
Later they raised the feeding speed to test the machine’s load capacity. The whole PCB recycling equipment kept running smoothly, maintaining steady and clear separation results all the time.

Before heading back, the two Japanese customers made a decision to place an order for one set of standard PCB recycling machine for trial operation. If the separated material quality meets their factory’s standard, they will purchase a full large-scale production line later. They requested a complete spare parts checklist and Japanese version operation manual. They told us they would arrange the deposit transfer immediately after returning to Japan. We have already sent the formal contract and bank payment information to them. They confirmed that they will complete the bank remittance next Wednesday.
