Recently, Sure Origin Group welcomed a client from Spain to our manufacturing facility for an on-site visit and equipment inspection. The client is engaged in the renewable energy and recycling industry and showed strong interest in the growing challenge of end-of-life solar panel recycling.

With the continued development of the solar energy industry, an increasing number of photovoltaic panels will gradually reach the end of their service life. For recycling companies, how to efficiently separate and recover valuable materials from waste solar panels has become an important topic. The Spanish client is currently planning to expand its recycling business and is looking for suitable equipment to process discarded solar PV panels on a larger scale.
During the visit, our team introduced the overall working process of the Solar PV Panel Recycling Machine and explained how different materials can be processed and separated through multiple stages. The client carefully inspected the equipment structure, material conveying system, crushing process, and separation sections.

Waste solar panels contain a variety of recyclable materials, including glass, aluminum, copper, silicon-related materials, and other components. Efficient separation is important for improving the value of recovered materials and supporting further recycling.

During the factory inspection, the client discussed several practical questions with our technical team, including material characteristics, processing capacity, equipment configuration, and the expected recovered products. Our engineers provided detailed explanations based on the client's planned project and discussed possible equipment configurations according to the local recycling requirements.
The client expressed positive feedback after learning more about the equipment and its processing process. The visit also gave both sides a clearer understanding of the future project requirements.
