Regarding a Malaysian customer's visit to our PCB disassembly machine

Yesterday, two customers visited our factory to test our PCB disassembly machine.

Product purchased: Model 800 disassembly machine

Purpose of visit: To test the disassembly machine we had previously manufactured. If the machine performs well, we can ship it directly.
The customer had previously sent two types of materials for testing. One of the materials was small, and with the machine's original screen size, some material would prematurely detach during high-temperature rotation.

While explaining the situation to the customer, we also proposed a solution: customizing the screen to reduce the mesh size.

Because the machine's disassembly effect was excellent, and the customer seemed to urgently need the machine, after discussing the improvement plan, the customer paid a deposit, and we began production.

During production, the customer requested another batch of materials. He plans to personally visit the factory after the machine is completed to inspect the disassembly effect. If satisfied, he will ship it directly.
Yesterday afternoon, during the testing process, the customer requested to weigh the materials before and after disassembly, as well as the weight of the recovered solder. Since two of the client's friends were also on-site inspecting the machine, we needed to update the test results in real time to avoid misunderstandings or problems due to inaccurate information transmission.

While waiting for the machine to warm up, we also gave the client a tour of the factory to help him better understand our company. We also explained the specific uses and workflow of the copper granulator. During this process, I learned from the client's friends that he owns a large factory and has considerable economic and political influence. Therefore, in future cooperation, we can try to recommend other machines and production lines to this client.

Because the raw material provided by the client was very thin, some material leaked out from the gaps during the test. After communicating with the technicians, we quickly proposed a solution: reducing the gaps would effectively solve the problem.

Finally, after communicating the test results and proposing a solution with the client, both parties reached an agreement. After the modification was completed, the truck was loaded and shipped on the afternoon of the 30th.
