Sure Origin Group recently welcomed a client from Poland. With years of experience in the electronic waste collection and processing industry, the client is planning to invest in a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) recycling plant to enhance the value of recovered materials.

Before making a final decision, the client wished to visit our facility in person to witness the PCB recycling plant in actual operation.

Upon the client's arrival, we provided a detailed overview of the entire recycling process. We showcased the equipment and explained how the various stages of the plant work together to recover valuable metals from waste circuit boards. The client showed great interest in the overall process, particularly the separation of copper, resin, and glass fiber following the crushing and grinding stages.
Our engineers also explained how the PCB recycling plant can be flexibly adjusted to handle different types of electronic waste, including computer motherboards, telecommunication boards, and mixed PCB scrap. To provide a clearer understanding of the process, we arranged a live demonstration of the plant in operation.

We fed waste circuit boards into the system, allowing the client to observe every stage of the recycling process firsthand. From crushing and grinding to air separation and electrostatic separation, the plant operated smoothly throughout.
The client paid close attention to the final copper recovery results and the purity of the separated materials, while also inquiring about energy consumption, maintenance requirements, and the service life of wear parts. Witnessing the plant process actual materials firsthand resolved many of the questions the client had prior to their visit.
Following the demonstration, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the client's recycling project in Poland. Topics included plant layout, production capacity, local labor costs, and future expansion plans. Recognizing that every project is unique, our engineering team proposed various plant configurations tailored to the client's budget and expected output. The client appreciated our pragmatic approach, noting that we avoided recommending unnecessary equipment.

On-site plant visits remain a crucial part of the collaboration process; they allow clients to understand not only the equipment itself but also the team behind it. By the end of the visit, the client had gained a deeper understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and the performance of our PCB recycling plants. We also gained further insight into their recycling operations and future plans.
