Today, a customer from Hubei province visited our factory to inspect our sorting equipment. He had seen our machines online before and thought they were very effective, so he wanted to test whether they could sort his materials. He personally brought a large bag of materials and arrived in Zhengzhou by train at 8:00 AM to meet us.
After confirming our direction, we first used our linear vibrating screen to re-sort the materials. The principle of the linear vibrating screen is simple: it separates fine materials from larger particles through continuous vibration using screens with different apertures. After the linear vibrating screen successfully removed dust and glass powder from the material, the customer's material now only contained large pieces of aluminum and plastic. We then fed it into a grinding mill for further grinding. Aluminum and plastic need to be ground into granules to completely separate; otherwise, they will stick to the plastic and cannot be separated. After grinding, we fed the now entirely granular material into a high-voltage electrostatic separator. Because the customer brought a small amount of material, the process was very fast; in less than 10 minutes, the material was completely separated, with the aluminum and plastic separated entirely.
After the test was completed, the customer left with the materials. They will test the content of the materials after returning home, and then they will order the machine from us. We maintain a very good relationship with the customer. Before leaving, the customer was very interested in our copper wire recycling machine because they also have a lot of such materials. They often have customers who dismantle cars and bring in wires and scrap wires, so they want to try the copper wire recycling machine next time. We also promised the customer that we would test it for free and guarantee the results would be satisfactory.
